On January 13, Wenzhou Hermano Electric Company held a year-end review meeting for 2022 to review the work in 2022 and put forward new expectations and requirements for 2023;

At the meeting, each department manager gave a speech on behalf of the department to summarize the work in 2022. The manager of the production department calculated the production capacity in 2022;the manager of the logistics department summarized the delivery of finished products in 2022; the manager of the R&D team summarized 2022 annual project, and the manager of the sales department summarized the sales and orders in 2022.

Finally, CEO thanked each employee for their contribution to the company in 2022, and presented awards to three outstanding employees for their outstanding behavior on the past year. Through this meeting, we can find our shortcomings in 2022, and strive to improve in 2023 to promote teamwork and collaboration, improve efficiency and expand production.
