Hermano Electric held a mobilization on April 11, 2024.All the members attended this meeting in the 4^th floor’s meeting room.

First of all,general manager assistant Mr.Zhang gave a multimedia presentation and made a speech about the topic “what is the happiness?” Different people had different idea,but the consensus of majority was “Family healthy and safe;Have enough money to live in comfort”.

“How to make us happy?”With this question,our CEO Nicolas had a speech and put forward a slogan: “Customer satisfaction,Employee happiness”.Happiness was not to give others,was to depend on oneself to fight for.The high road to happiness was making money to make our life better.So work hard to make our customers satisfied ,we would get win-win result.

We are actively completing the sales target we have set for ourselves this year. So far in April we have achieved 27% of our sales target.  

Hermano electric work with full heart for our customers.We believe our happiness is from customers’ satisfaction.We hope customers can trust us and we will give satisfactory grades.

This mobilization meeting not only gave us a clear understanding of the completion of our goals, but also gave us strong confidence. This mobilization meeting mobilized the employees’ work passion and teamwork spirit. We are looking forward to Hermano’ steady growth
